Peggy writes frequently for national magazines and is a contributing editor for Clean Eating and Oxygen Women's Fitness. She is also the author of the One-Day MiracleCleanse, the Three-Day Detox Diet, and the Ten-Day Transformation, her signature"Health without Hunger" weight loss programs which have helped thousands shed the physical and emotional weight that was holding them back from living life to the fullest.

A popular radio personality, Peggy can be heard weekly as the featured health and wellness expert for the ABC Radio Network, doling out her simple, surprising tips with her trademark enthusiasm and sunny outlook.

Peggy is also an avid surfer and creator of the best-selling Yoga for Surfers DVD series, the first-ever program that ties the benefits of yoga directly to surfing.
