If you are looking for a new career or need a new job, re-introducing yourself to the workforce can be a challenge. But there are several fields that pay well and make for a quick transition.

Since it has become more important than ever to stand out, a "reverse" job fair helps job seekers put themselves on display.

Multiple job seekers set up displays about themselves as reps from different companies stop by to provide information about employment opportunities.

"The employers love it because you talk about somebody marketing themselves to you, here you have it full blown," said Tiffany Reynolds with the Economic Opportunity Planning Association.

Among those looking to hire - a home health care provider.

Chris Daggett, vice president of Med1Care, said, "What we really like about this type of event is we get more of an idea of them, their motivation, obviously they're eager job seekers, so those are the type of people we'd like to send into people's homes because they're going to provide good care."

He says their search for new employees doesn't hinge on the proper certification, but rather the proper attitude.
