A Clover man has been arrested after police say he walked into the road and fired a shot in the air before turning the gun towards a vehicle with three men inside.
According to the York Police Chief Andy Robinson, officers were called to Westwood Drive on January 18 in reference to a shooting.
The there men told officers they had just turned off Highway 321 By-pass when they say a man, later identified as Kejuan Deangelo Dye, holding a handgun.
Dye, 20, reportedly walked into the street and fired a shot into the air.
Police say as the car was driving away , Dye fired three or four more shots at the vehicle.
No one was injured in the shooting.
Dye was arrested on Saturday for three counts of attempted murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He was hit with drug charges as well after police say he had drugs on him when he was arrested.
