Wellness expert Peggy Hall says most America adults are low in iron. There is a certain type of iron called heme iron that can only be found in red meat. The heme iron is what our bodies require in order to create red blood cells which then carry oxygen to every part of our body.

So if you are feeling run down try eating some red meat.
