What is the healthiest type of bread?

Who doesn't love a good sandwich, but when you go to the store to pick up some bread do you know what they most nutritious kinds are?

Registered dietitian Laura Jeffers says any bread that is 100% whole grain or whole wheat is the healthiest kind of bread.

She says you need to read the labels carefully. "Made with whole grain" sounds healthy but they are not 100% whole grain. She also says there is one word you never want to hear when it comes to bead: enriched. That means the grain was broken down in some way and things were put back into the bread.
