More than 3/4 of the honey sold in  U.S. grocery stores isn't exactly what the bees produce.

Wellness expert Peggy Hall says check the label, because often foods contain other ingredients that are inferior.

Peggy says honey and maple syrup often contain and inexpensive sweetener called "corn syrup" which is highly refined and has none of the vitamins, minerals and enzymes that real maple syrup and all natural honey have. The tip off is to look for the label and says "pancake syrup." Chances are it's one of the imposters and contains corn syrup.
